Minimum Orders
There is a minimum order of 12 items for screen printing and embroidery. Team uniforms have a minimum of 10 pieces.
Production Time
Standard production turnaround is 5 - 7 working days upon receipt of artwork approval, complete order, and payment. Orders recieved after noon (12pm CT) are logged onto the Production Schedule the following business day. Allow 1 - 4 days for UPS Ground delivery depending on zip code. All orders ship from Austin, Texas.
Orders cannot go into production without final artwork approval. Please keep this in mind if there are defined due dates for your order, as rush charges may be incurred if artwork approval is delayed.
Payment
Methods of payement are Cash, Company Check, VISA, and Mastercard. Checks may be mailed to company billing address: Tite Tee's, 809 Truman, Cedar Park, Texas 78613.
Custom Orders - Require Deposit of 50% up front
On-Line Orders - Require Payment in full by credit card or by mail
Return Check Fees - Return checks will be charged a $30 processing fee
Cash Discounts - 3% cash discount for Cash or Money Order
Rush Order Charges
Jobs that require production in less than 5 business days (NOT INCLUDING SHIPPING) are considered a Rush Order. Rush orders must be paid in full before work will begin.
2 Day Rush Charge - 50% of total order
4 Day Rush Charge - 25% of total order
Art Time Charges
Art time is charged in 1/2 hour increments at $45 an hour. Art time charges will be incurred if artwork needs to be touched up, reconstructed, custom created from scratch, color separated or manipulated in any way. Art time charges will be acknowledged at the beginning of order. See custom artwork requirements for customer supplied art files.
Ink Color Change Charges
A $10.00 charge per color/per screen will be charged for all ink color changes.
Shipping & Packaging
Unless otherwise noted, all items are shipped UPS Ground from Austin, Texas. Wrong addresses or unspecified "residential" addresses are subject to a $10.00 charge for each UPS change of address.

International Shipments: $25 service charge plus Freight via United States Postal Service
All items will be "bulk" packaged in bundles of a dozen per size, color, style, and design. Individual folding, tagging, bagging, ect., will be charged at the current rate.
Samples Charges
All samples require a deposit. Deposits will be credited towards the final order, with the exception of shipping charges. Shipping charges are not refundable.
A minimum $50.00 deposit is required on all pre-production samples plus the retail cost of garments, digitizing, art time, screen printing screens, set-up charges, and freight incurred.
Order Cancellation
In the case of an order cancellation by the customer, Tite Tee's will be entitled to full reimbursement for any costs already incurred, including printed products, shipping, penalities, or restocking charges. Items already printed, embroidered, or decorated may not be cancelled and will be charged at the current quantity price. These costs will be taken from the payment and the balance will be refunded to the customer.
Return Policy
All order discrepancies MUST be reported within 10 business days of receipt. Garments decorated per customer's final artwork approval will not be refunded. Final art work approval is the customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the artwork's color scheme, relative layout, and spelling. THAT MEANS -- if you approve a final proof with a spelling error, Tite Tee's takes no responsibility for printed spelling errors.
Garments with manufacturing defects, misprints, or structural irregularities will be replaced at no cost to the customer. All items are subject to inspection before a replacement or credit will be authorized. Please contact Tite Tee's immediately to report discrepancies at (512) 259-8596.
