Custom Artwork Requirements
Tite Tee's offers a large selection of stock artwork at no charge. If you perfer to provide your own artwork it must be in one of the acceptable graphic file formats listed below. Artwork not in the acceptable file format is subject to art time fees in order to prepare it for printing. Art time charges will be incurred if artwork needs to be touched up, reconstructed, custom created from scratch, color separated or manipulated in any way.
Tite Tee's retains all rights to orginal artwork created "in-house". Customers will be provided low resolution JPGs (72dpi) of final design upon request. Artwork created for our clients is solely intended for the application on products we offer. Reproduction of Tite Tee's artwork for any purpose is strictly prohibited without written consent from Tite Tee's Inc. Customers may purchase the reproduction rights to these files for an additional fee of $500. Tite Tee's assumes no responsibility for determining who does or does not hold a claim to a trademark or logo unless clearly copyrighted or trademarked.
Acceptable Graphic File Formats
Vector Images
Abobe Illustrator or Corel "AI", "EPS", or "PDF". All images should be converted to outlines/paths. Files must be saved as native AI or EPS files.

Raster Images
Photoshop "PSD", "BMP", "TIF", "JPG", or "PDF". Files must be SIZED at 100% final output; resolution at least 200dpi. All font files must be included with raster images.

99% of all images found online are low resolution and are NOT suitable for recreating the image or for printing on garments. Please DO NOT send artwork files copied/saved from the web.

Ink Color
Customer submitted artwork should include ink colors. Our "in-house" art department strives to match ink color as closely as possible. However, achieving an exact color match is unlikely. Small color variances can be expected due to differences in garment colors, variances in ink opacities, and the overall blending of inks.
For pantone color matching, please provide PMS uncoated numbers. There is a $65.00 - $80.00 charge per quart for custom PMS color matching.
Artwork Approval
It is the customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the artwork's color scheme, relative layout, and spelling. Final artwork will be sent via JPG for approval. Artwork approval is REQUIRED for all jobs BEFORE printing. Approval may be submitted by email or by phone. Corrections or changes to artwork proofs will only be accepted in writing by email or fax. Final artwork proof will include detail information on size and location of print. Revisions to artwork proofs will require another JPG and repeating the approval process.
Orders can not go into production without final artwork approval. Please keep this in mind if there are defined dates for your order, as rush charges may be incurred.
ALL SPELLING in final artwork is the responsibility of the customer. Tite Tee's takes no responsibility for misspelled names and/or words on a final proof. Errors that are the responsibility of Tite Tee's will be replaced or refunded. Items printed in error must be returned to Tite Tee's unless, otherwise approved, before credit will be given. Return items must have a return tracking number before replacement order will be shipped. WE RARELY make mistakes, but if we do, we take responsibility for it immediately!
